Cohere is expanding its Talent Team and seeks a creative, high-performing talent sourcer to master a new domain of sourcing business talent in the US. You will influence scaling of a high-growth company and engage passive candidates through inventive methods while building strong relationships with hiring managers and partners.

This intermediate-level role focuses on Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations, with a strong emphasis on networking and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in markets like US/EMEA.
• Proven track record in high-growth and high-bar environments (startup, tech, AI experience preferred).
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.
• Creative problem solver thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Natural influencer with strong relationship-building skills.
• Leverages data/analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and building inclusive teams.
• Strategic mindset with long-term hiring view.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods.
• Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage recruiting funnels in our ATS, update progress and analytics.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize top of funnel for business roles.
• Cultivate relationships with networks across business communities and industry leaders.
• Identify and own high-impact talent projects as they emerge.
