• 3–7 years of experience sourcing business roles (sales, finance, marketing, operations).
• Proven track record in high-growth, high-bar environments (startup/AI preferred).
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.
• Creative problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Strong relationship-building and influencer skills.
• Data-driven sourcing decisions and measurement of impact.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strategic, long-term view beyond immediate hiring needs.

Aufgaben

• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive talent.
• Maintain market intelligence on talent trends and competition.
• Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS with regular progress updates.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel.
• Cultivate relationships with business communities and industry leaders.
• Identify and own high-impact talent projects as they arise.
