Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Talent Sourcer / Junior Recruiter to build talent pipelines for sales and cross-functional roles across 17 territories. You’ll partner with the senior recruiter, hiring managers, and talent coordination to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

This remote position offers ownership, measurable impact, and an entrepreneurial environment. Occasional travel to Carlsbad, CA may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or agency recruitment.
• Experience building pipelines for sales roles across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across 17 sales territories.
• Source candidates for admin, finance, operations, product, and engineering.
• Conduct first-round phone interviews and record notes.
• Maintain ATS records and provide weekly pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with senior recruiter and hiring managers to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Set measurable sourcing objectives in the first 90 days.
