PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Recruiting Screening Support Specialist / Career Coordinator in a flexible, fully remote role across time zones. You will screen resumes, contact applicants, and schedule phone interviews, following a script to assess fit for our salon professionals team.

Strong communication, high-volume screening, and ATS experience are essential. You will collaborate with regional leaders, maintain records, and help ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process while working from home

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and customer service.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Able to manage a high volume of candidates with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom or TEAMS.

Responsibilities

• Source for best candidates to build a strong pipeline for salons.
• Partner with regional leaders to understand talent needs.
• Conduct daily phone screens and interviews using a script.
• Coordinate interview schedules for applicants.
• Engage on social media to market roles and attract candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant systems and reports.
• Ensure compliance with hiring rules, in coordination with HR.
