Construction Company is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, and move qualified applicants through our hiring process.

You'll review applications daily, coordinate interviews with management, and maintain accurate ATS records while delivering an excellent candidate experience. This remote role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills to support our growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or staffing preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable interviewing candidates over the phone.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants within 24 hours of applying.
• Conduct phone interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidate records organized and up to date.
• Help ensure open positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates.
