Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a 6‑month contract. The role is 100% remote and focuses on front‑end sourcing and candidate screening.

You will conduct structured phone screens, build and maintain talent pipelines, and transition qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners. The position requires professionalism, strong communication, and meticulous documentation in the Workday ATS.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruiting coordination, or related
• Proficiency with structured conversations via phone or video
• Experience with Workday ATS or similar system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high volume
• High attention to detail in documentation and data entry
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
• BA/BS in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networks, forums, social media, CRM/ATS)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with assigned TA Partners
• Map talent landscapes and identify pools within competitors and industries
• Conduct initial outreach to generate candidate interest
• Perform preliminary phone screens to assess qualifications and fit
• Communicate employer brand and EVP to candidates
• Document candidate interactions and pipeline data in the ATS/CRM
• Transition qualified candidates to the TA Partner with a summary
• Collaborate with TA Partners to align sourcing with priorities
• Participate in recruiting strategy meetings for role requirements
• Provide pipeline updates and sourcing progress reports
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive intelligence
• Share candidate sentiment and market feedback with the TA team
• Review inbound applicants in Workday in partnership with the TA Partner
• Screen candidates for role qualifications and availability
• Document screening outcomes and notes in the ATS
• Serve as primary contact from application through screening
• Maintain timely, professional communication with all applicants
• Represent the EVP in candidate interactions
• Set expectations for next steps in the process
• Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and empathetically
• Provide concise candidate summaries including notes, interest, and compensation
• Maintain ongoing communication with TA Partners on pipeline status
• Flag trends in applicant quality or volume for strategic input
• Maintain accurate candidate records and dispositions in Workday
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and audit requirements
• Support reporting on applicant flow and pipeline health
