Jobgether is seeking a detail-oriented screening specialist to support our hiring operations in a fast-paced remote environment. You will research hiring needs, conduct structured screening calls, and document assessments to help account managers make informed decisions.

You will coordinate follow-ups, maintain candidate records, and meet daily screening targets while upholding quality standards. Opportunities include senior intern, contractor, or full-time POD Lead roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation qualification.
• 0–1 year of professional experience; fresh graduates considered.
• Strong spoken and written English; ability to lead conversations.
• Ability to interpret technical and non-technical job requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple candidate interactions daily.
• Proactive, fast-paced remote environment with feedback openness.
• Recruitment or talent operations experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Research and understand each company's hiring needs, job requirements, and screening criteria.
• Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
• Ask relevant follow-up questions to clarify qualifications.
• Prepare accurate, objective evaluation notes for hiring decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records and share assessments with account managers.
• Coordinate follow-ups and provide screening updates promptly.
• Meet daily screening targets while ensuring quality and consistency.
• For POD Lead candidates, coach associates and monitor delivery and standards.
