Salon Service Group is seeking a Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for its locations, from first conversations with hiring managers to a new hire's first day. You will source, screen, and place talent across sales, retail, office, and management roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has interviewing experience, strong networking skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Formación

• Experience sourcing candidates for all levels of an organization.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with local organizations.
• Experience managing and maintaining an HRIS; ADP WFN is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, OneNote, Teams).
• Effective communicator who builds relationships with employees at all levels.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Open and manage requisitions at SSG locations.
• Align with hiring managers to define qualifications and timing.
• Source talent for sales, retail, office, and management roles.
• Screen and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and introductions to the team.
• Onboard new hires, including I-9 verification and paperwork.
• Coordinate with Payroll on all new hires.
