Job summary

Verisma is seeking a Recruiter to provide staffing support for assigned accounts across multiple locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience managing the hiring process for a fast-paced organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attentive to details to ensure onboarding of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen applicants for Verisma’s growing workforce
• Maintain applicant and hiring records in applicant tracking database (ATS)
• Work closely with company leaders regarding recruiting needs, candidate recommendations and process updates
• Communicate with staffing partners to support applicant flow
• Coordinate and conduct in-person, phone and video interviews, providing detailed and timely documentation on all conversations
• Utilize technology in support of recruitment initiatives within multiple systems
• Coordinate pre-employment references, background check and drug screening process; prepare offer letters and other new hire correspondence
• Prepare and post job postings to attract high volume and quality applicants
• Prepare for and contribute to weekly recruiting meetings providing pipeline challenges, staffing updates, and strategies for problem resolution
• Work collaboratively with the Recruiting, IT and Training departments to facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including communicating new hire information, orchestrating the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
