Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance.
• Experience recruiting administrative, management, and outsourced roles.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the recruiting team.
• Oversee daily recruiting operations and workflows.
• Establish hiring priorities, timelines, and staffing plans.
• Ensure recruiting goals and deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee recruitment for administrative, management, and outsourced roles.
• Ensure internal staffing needs are filled timely with qualified candidates.
• Manage and monitor sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of hiring and onboarding paperwork.
• Support audits and compliance reviews related to recruiting and hiring.
• Ensure the hiring process runs smoothly and consistently.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to recruiting procedures.
• Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring volume.
• Report recruiting progress and challenges to HR leadership.
• Ensure recruiting department performance aligns with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting-related matters.
• Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand.
