Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal High Volume Recruiter to source, screen, and interview applicants, building a diverse pipeline for rapid growth. This role emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with facilities and corporate management to align talent acquisition with OnTrac's culture and strategic goals, manage ATS accuracy, and participate in hiring events and outreach to fill roles timely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• 3+ years recruiting or onboarding experience.
• Proven track record sourcing and qualifying candidates for varied roles.
• Enthusiasm for frequent cold-calling and outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following the Company Safety Program.
• Source qualified candidates via networking, social media, cold-calling and outreach.
• Evaluate applications, screen and interview candidates for fit.
• Manage candidate communication; update managers and notify when a requisition is filled.
• Provide status updates and reporting to teammates and Hiring Managers.
• Collaborate to improve departmental procedures and align with OnTrac culture.
• Promote OnTrac opportunities and participate in hiring events.
• Support onboarding and hand-off with creative solutions to fill roles timely.
• Ensure job descriptions are complete and positions are properly approved.
• Assist with compensation approvals and feedback on hires.
• Travel as needed for events and meetings.
