Merakey is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its high-volume hourly hiring in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on sourcing, pre-screening via automation, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews, with a strong emphasis on candidate care and urgency.

You will manage large candidate funnels, ensure ATS data integrity, and actively source through job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and other outlets while driving efficiency in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and candidate care skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and pre-screen candidates; present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews.
• Manage large candidate funnels and ensure data integrity in the ATS.
• Proactively source candidates via ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, and LinkedIn.
• Manage recruitment assignments against enterprise goals and deliver strong candidate experience.
• Improve hiring process efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
• Experiment with new methods to accelerate high-volume hiring.
