Verisma Systems Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to provide staffing support for assigned accounts across multiple locations.

The role focuses on attracting and retaining strong talent, managing a high-volume workload, and updating hiring managers, HR personnel, and candidates throughout the process. The recruiter will source and screen applicants, maintain ATS records, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding from offer letters to new hire integration, all while championing Verisma’s core

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen applicants for Verisma’s growing workforce.
• Maintain applicant and hiring records in applicant tracking database (ATS).
• Work closely with company leaders regarding recruiting needs, candidate recommendations and process updates.
• Communicate with staffing partners to support applicant flow.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person, phone and video interviews, providing detailed and timely documentation on all conversations.
• Prepare and post job postings to attract high volume and quality applicants.
• Coordinate pre-employment references, background checks and drug screening processes; prepare offer letters and other new hire correspondence.
• Prepare for and contribute to weekly recruiting meetings with pipeline updates and strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding with Recruiting, IT and Training teams and ensure smooth transition into the company.
• Promote a positive company culture through communication and presentation.
