Job summary

Merakey is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring across locations. You will source, pre-screen using automation, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews.

You will manage large candidate funnels in the ATS, maintain data integrity, and strive to improve efficiency by collaborating with operations to clear delays while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Strong communication and candidate care skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and pre-screen candidates for on-site interviews.
• Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Manage large applicant funnels and maintain ATS data integrity.
• Coordinate remote recruitment activities and pipelines.
• Manage assignments against enterprise recruiting goals.
• Provide excellent candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Identify process bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
