Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking a results-driven recruiter to manage the full hiring cycle for our busiest positions. You will source, screen, shortlist, and move candidates through the pipeline quickly, while maintaining high-quality hires and meticulous records in our ATS.

You will own candidate communications from first outreach to offer, build talent pools for recurring roles, and provide data-driven insights on pipeline health and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably high-volume hiring for remote roles.
• Strong ability to spot potential, attitude and culture fit beyond keywords.
• Excellent record keeping and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-starter who manages workload and sets priorities without reminders.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoho, Basecamp).

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, high-volume role. You’ll run the full hiring process for our busiest positions. You’ll source, screen, shortlist and move candidates through the pipeline quickly without letting quality slip, ultimately driving down time-to-hire and filling open roles efficiently. The right person enjoys the pace, knows a strong candidate when they see one, and meticulously keeps records the whole team can rely on.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume hiring for remote, VA, customer support roles
  
• A proven eye for talent: you can spot potential, attitude and culture fit, not just keywords on a CV
  
• Excellent record keeping and organisation, with real attention to detail
  
• A self-starter who manages their own workload, sets priorities and follows through without needing reminders
  
• Excellent spoken and written English
