Clipboard is building a centralized recruiting function and seeks an Associate Talent Partner to join the Talent team. This is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to sharpen skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You’ll sit within our central Talent team but your day to day will be deeply embedded into one or more hiring team, likely within Customer Operations. This fully remote role is open to candidates worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years total work experience with at least 1 year in recruiting.
• Experience in fast paced, high-volume hiring environments (Series A/B/C preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; well organized and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain jobs in Ashby, the ATS, and manage recruitment data.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed with clear expectations.
• Track weekly metrics and identify bottlenecks to improve hiring funnels.
• Develop screening processes and job postings with hiring plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to define target profiles and requirements.
