Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support interview scheduling and logistics at our Colorado HQ. You will greet candidates onsite, coordinate day-of events, and assist with executive interviews while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

You will manage recruiting events, keep the ATS updated, and collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers to ensure smooth processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Knowledge of HR processes and onboarding systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams
• Support onsite interviews at Corporate HQ by greeting candidates and coordinating day-of logistics, including conference room scheduling
• Coordinate executive-level interviews and provide a high-touch candidate experience for priority roles
• Support recruiting events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and managing shipment of event supplies
• Monitor and manage the recruiting inbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support employee referral tracking and route candidates appropriately
• Manage internal candidate transfer processes across disciplines in partnership with recruiters
• Update and track recruiting activity in the ATS (iCIMS)
• Support candidate re-engagement campaigns and CRM pipeline activities for hard-to-fill roles
• Collaborate with recruiters, TA leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners
• Perform other duties as assigned
