TechInsights is growing its US presence, and Denver-based teammates rely on a responsive People & Talent Coordinator who handles full-cycle recruitment and day-to-day employee support. You will partner with a globally distributed People team to ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and ongoing people operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR and recruitment, a related degree, knowledge of US employment regulations, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR and recruitment; internship or co-op OK.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Knowledge of US employment regulations; willingness to learn.
• Strong organization and communication; multi-task capable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring teams to standardize interview processes.
• Build candidate pipelines via job boards, referrals, and campus channels.
• Support offer prep, onboarding docs, and eligibility verification.
• Conduct new hire check-ins for early integration and retention.
• Handle routine employee relations questions and escalate as needed.
• Assist benefits administration and HRIS/ATS data maintenance.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects as assigned.
