Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and Microsoft tools preferred.
• Familiarity with BreezyHR is a plus.
• Strong scheduling and follow-through to professionalize the hiring process.
• Interest in building a career in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain ATS records and follow up with hiring managers.
• Post job descriptions to career site, ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Chase timely feedback after each interview stage.
• Assist with offer prep, pre-employment checks, onboarding docs, and first-day readiness.
• Report on open roles, pipeline status, and onboarding progress.
• Protect confidential candidate and employee information.
