Location3 Media is seeking a Talent Coordinator to keep hiring moving and ensure every candidate experience feels professional. This entry-level role partners with the Director of Finance and Administration and offers a path into HR, recruiting, or people operations.

Based in Denver, this remote role will coordinate recruiting activities, create and post job descriptions, manage interviews and onboarding, and support HR admin while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in HR, recruiting coordination or administrative support.
• 1–2 years in HR, recruiting coordination or admin support preferred.
• ATS familiarity (e.g., LinkedIn, BreezyHR) and MS Office competence are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting coordination: scheduling interviews, candidate communication, ATS records, and follow-up with hiring managers.
• Job descriptions and postings: keep descriptions current, post to career site, ATS, LinkedIn and boards; convert to candidate-facing postings.
• Interview process administration: schedule across calendars, manage logistics, obtain timely feedback after stages.
• Offer, pre-employment and onboarding support: draft offers, conduct background checks, collect documents, prepare for day one.
• HR and administrative support: report on open roles, pipeline status and onboarding progress; handle confidential information.
