Job summary

Talentful is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support senior recruitment teams across high-growth technology clients. You will partner with client TA and hiring teams to move candidates through interviews and coordinate interview logistics, travel, and scheduling.

You’ll own the interviewer management process, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to data reporting and ad hoc talent projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.
• Thrives in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology organization.
• Delivers exceptional candidate experiences to top talent.
• Strong data integrity and attention to detail; proficient with Google Suite and Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move senior candidates through interviews.
• Own interviewer management and align interview slots with engineering teams.
• Own candidate experience and create memorable interactions.
• Schedule interviews, travel, and logistics.
• Handle ad hoc talent projects including data and reporting.
