Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or related ops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across priority searches, manage scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Prepare interview plans and candidate packets, scorecards, and updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, stage, and interview data in Ashby.
• Support weekly search health meetings with agendas and notes.
• Help create recruiting workflows, templates, and reporting.
