Job summary

Ro is seeking a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and staff-level software engineers, infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles, partnering with Engineering leaders to build strong pipelines and a diverse, high-performing tech organization.

This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. Ro supports flexible work locations across the United States, with in-person HQ collaboration in the tri-state

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 3+ years hiring Senior and Staff level engineers.
• Experience building pipelines for specialized tech roles.
• Experience hiring for Infrastructure or Cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and staff-level technical roles across engineering.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent market maps.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Design structured interview processes and improve candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to drive process improvements.
