Job summary

Wilson is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to support recruitment and client delivery teams in Tampa. You will identify, engage, and present top talent, leveraging creative sourcing and extensive networking to fill roles across levels.

You will conduct initial phone screens, evaluate cultural fit, maintain relationships with clients and candidates, and keep ATS data up to date while supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• 2+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective sourcing strategy to identify talent.
• Conduct complex internet searches and use social media and databases.
• Build robust candidate pools for varied roles and locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess fit to client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Enter data and generate reports in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
