Wilson is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to support recruitment and client delivery teams. You will work closely with clients and recruiters to source, identify, and present talent tailored for various roles and levels of experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will conduct internet searches, network to build candidate pools, screen via phone interviews, and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with social media and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Conduct complex internet searches across engines and social media.
• Build and maintain candidate pools for multiple roles and locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and communications.
• Update applicant tracking system data and reports.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
