Wilson HR is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to support recruitment and client delivery teams, focusing on sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent for varied roles and levels of experience.

You will network to build strong candidate pools, conduct phone interviews, and assess fit to client position requirements and organizational culture. You will maintain ATS data and contribute to special projects, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute a sourcing strategy to identify top talent.
• Perform complex internet searches across tools and social networks.
• Build and maintain candidate pools for multiple roles and locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess fit to client requirements and culture.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates and provide updates and reports.
• Manage ATS data entry and reporting tasks.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
