Job summary

Wilson Worldwide is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to support recruitment and client delivery teams. You will craft sourcing strategies, conduct thorough candidate searches, and build strong pipelines to meet client needs across multiple roles and locations.

You will conduct phone interviews, assess culture fit, and nurture client and candidate relationships, while maintaining meticulous ATS records and contributing to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven recruitment environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Perform complex internet searches across engines, social media, networks, and databases.
• Build and maintain candidate pools for multiple roles and locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements and culture fit.
• Nurture relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain ATS data entry and reporting accuracy.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
