Employer.com is seeking a High-Volume Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This fully remote role thrives on outbound sourcing and maintaining a high-volume pipeline.

You will source candidates via cold outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals; manage multiple requisitions across markets; drive scheduling, offers, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-volume sales roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort reaching passive candidates.
• Proven track record of meeting volume and time-to-fill targets without compromising quality.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across markets simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through outbound channels and build a consistent pipeline.
• Screen and assess candidates for sales aptitude, coachability, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Manage interview scheduling and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Extend offers and manage the offer-to-start process.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve sourcing strategy.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
