Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help attract and select strong talent to support the firm’s growth. The role covers high-volume candidate interviews and full-cycle recruiting for select non-client-facing positions.

You will interview, assess candidates against criteria, document outcomes in the applicant tracking system and partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives with structured candidate interviews and assessments across designated roles.
• Evaluate candidate experience, skills and qualifications against selection criteria and provide recommendations to recruiting and hiring partners.
• Deliver a consistent, engaging candidate experience throughout the interview process, including in high-volume environments.
• Manage interview activity and maintain documentation and candidate disposition in the ATS.
• Partner with recruiting team members and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Participate in interview debriefs and share candidate insights to support timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for select non-client-facing experienced hires, including developing recruiting strategies and conducting targeted sourcing.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates and present qualified talent for consideration.
• Manage communications with candidates and hiring leaders through the process.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS.
• Lead job offers in partnership with HR and decision-makers.
