Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of 1 year.
• Experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in professional services or agency recruiting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct a high volume of structured candidate interviews and assessments.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates and present qualified talent.
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely candidate disposition in the ATS.
• Lead employment offers in partnership with HR and key decision makers.
• Develop relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and external sourcing partners.
• Understand talent market conditions to support recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate across Talent Attraction to support changing hiring priorities.
