Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help attract and select strong talent across a variety of roles. The role involves high-volume interviews, full-cycle recruiting for select non-client-facing positions, and close collaboration with recruiting partners to meet evolving hiring needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition within professional services or related fields, and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of
• 1 year of experience required. Experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred, will consider an individual with assurance, tax or consulting experience looking to make a career change
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
• Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of structured candidate interviews and assessments
• Provide clear, timely recommendations to recruiting and hiring partners
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Manage interview activity and maintain documentation in the ATS
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities
• Lead employment offer process with HR and decision makers
• Develop relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and external sources
• Understand market conditions to inform recruiting strategies
