Job summary

VERSANT is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month assignment to support end-to-end recruitment and TA projects. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality candidate experience and driving TA initiatives.

You will manage interview scheduling across time zones, coordinate travel, and maintain the ATS, while assisting the TA Leader with logistics and reporting to ensure timely delivery of priorities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in a coordinator, project support, or administrative capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews (virtual, phone, on-site) and coordinate across time zones.
• Be the primary candidate contact and ensure a high-touch experience.
• Coordinate travel and prepare interview materials.
• Maintain ATS with precision and consistency.
• Escort candidates on interview days and manage logistics.
• Handle sensitive candidate information discreetly.
• Respond to requests from recruiters and hiring managers with urgency.
• Provide admin support to the TA Leader and assist with follow-ups.
