Smart Data Systems, LLC is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle IT recruitment across enterprise VMS accounts. You will source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for contract and contract-to-hire roles, building a strong IT talent pipeline in software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data engineering.

You will leverage Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, and Coupa, collaborate with hiring managers, and report recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience submitting candidates through enterprise VMS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume requisition loads (20+ open reqs).
• Sourcing hard-to-fill IT roles with speed and quality.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT contract and contract-to-hire roles across multiple enterprise VMS accounts.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within tight VMS submission windows.
• Develop and maintain a deep pipeline across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and requirements.
• Navigate and optimize VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, Coupa) for compliant submissions.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics (submissions, interviews, time-to-submit).
• Negotiate candidate pay rates within client bill rate constraints while maintaining satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities and expand footprint within accounts.
