Qualifikationen

• Typically 3+ years of hands‑on recruiting/sourcing experience with a degree; more years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable sourcing metrics.

• Actively engages talent from all data sources, including open market, CRM, ATS, and talent systems.
• Owns a full lifecycle sourcing process from research to qualified applicants in the application stage.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale.
• Utilize top-tier tools in a growing technology stack to source, engage, and manage pipelines.
• Directly engage candidates to articulate the value of Amentum opportunities and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Support critical open positions and bids, assisting recruiting delivery across programs and business groups.
• Embrace scalable sourcing with automation to stay ahead of competition.
