Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent for critical federal programs. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.

The role supports a remote, telework-friendly team with core east coast hours. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting/sourcing, experience with sourcing tools, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor's Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with measurable success (time to fill, pipeline health, metrics).

Responsibilities

• Actively engage talent from all data sources, including open market and internal CRM/ATS.
• Own full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants completing the application.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale.
• Leverage ATS/CRM and market-facing tools to build and manage pipelines.
• Engage candidates directly to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and cultivate relationships.
• Support critical open positions and key program bids, contributing to a large federal contracts recruitment effort.
• Source at scale using technology and automation to stay ahead of competitors.
