The sourcing team is remote, offering full-time telework with core East Coast hours, supporting federal contracting and large-scale hiring across Business Groups.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; additional 4 years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent from multiple data sources, both in the open market and internal systems.
• Perform full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants through the application process.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale.
• Use a modern tech stack including ATS/CRM and market-facing sourcing tools.
• Engage candidates directly to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and manage pipelines.
• Support positions and key program bids, including personnel sourcing and bid support.
