This remote, full-time role supports core East Coast hours, engages candidates directly, and helps build pipelines across federal contracts and programs, with opportunities to impact multiple business groups.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor's Degree; additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable success metrics.

Aufgaben

• Actively source talent from multiple data sources including external markets and internal CRMs/ATS/Talent management systems.
• Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycle from research to qualified applicants and submission.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale.
• Utilize ATS/CRM tools and market intelligence to engage candidates and build pipelines.
• Support critical open positions and program bids, enhancing the recruiting delivery across four Business Groups.
• Embrace scalable tech and automation to outpace competitors.
