Remote-based sourcing with core east coast hours; experience with CRM/ATS and a drive to build scalable talent pipelines is essential. US citizenship is required for this federal-focused role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with talent-sourcing tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates from multiple data sources, including open market and CRM/ATS.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape sourcing strategy.
• Proactively engage passive candidates and manage pipelines to fill critical roles.
