Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates. The role supports high-volume, mission-critical hiring in a fast-paced environment.

You will work remotely with core East Coast hours, engage candidates by phone, and contribute to a dynamic sourcing team that supports bids and ongoing recruitment across business groups.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; substitution with 4 additional years of relevant experience possible.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent from all data sources, including open market and CRM/ATS/talent systems.
• Generates fully qualified applicants and manages the end-to-end sourcing process.
• Partners with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale.
• Utilizes sourcing tools in our technology stack to identify and engage candidates.
• Directly engages candidates to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and build pipelines.
• Supports critical open positions and key program bids, including personnel sourcing for bids and supporting the recruiting delivery team.
• Hires with a mindset of leveraging technology and automation to source at scale.
