Amentum seeks a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent across the federal services domain. This role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates, from research to fully qualified applicants.

Remote-based on the East Coast with full-time telework, you’ll engage passive talent, build pipelines, and support critical open positions and bids. US citizenship is required, and a collaborative, innovative team culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on recruiting/sourcing experience; Bachelor's Degree; up to 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with measurable success metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent across data sources, including external market and internal CRM/ATS systems.
• Owns full lifecycle sourcing from research to submitting qualified applicants.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy at scale.
• Utilize top-tier sourcing tools in our ATS, CRM, and market-facing tools.
• Speak directly with candidates to explain the value of Amentum opportunities and build pipelines.
• Support critical open positions and bid-related personnel sourcing for program bids.
