Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer. This role sources, screens, and submits qualified candidates by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across our programs. Remote, full-time telework with core east coast hours.

You will manage research, profile enrichment, data management in CRM/ATS, and engage candidates to communicate the value of an Amentum opportunity while building strong pipelines for critical roles across our four business groups.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional 4 years may substitute for degree.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying needs and candidates with a measured track record (time to fill, pipeline health, metrics).

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent at all levels from multiple sources in the open market and internal systems.
• Owns full lifecycle sourcing from research to submitting qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy and gather competitor intelligence.
• Utilizes ATS/CRM and market-facing tools to manage data and pipelines.
• Engages candidates directly to communicate value of Amentum opportunities and build relationships.
• Supports critical open positions and key program bids, aiding recruiting delivery for ~3,000 reqs annually.
