Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, candidate sourcing, or related field.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to evaluate candidate experience across disciplines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and candidate communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across technical, creative, marketing, business, and operational roles.
• Publish and manage job openings across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates through networks and channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings for experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, leads, and leadership.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline with timely communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with leads to understand hiring requirements and target profiles.
• Assist with job descriptions, candidate communications, and recruitment materials.
• Support recruitment activities and hiring initiatives for Alter-Learning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
