The role acts as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, driving sourcing strategies and building robust talent pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The candidate will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, enhance employer branding, and implement innovative recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies.
• Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, operational, clinical, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish strategies and timelines.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing.
• Promote AMSURG employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Ensure compliant and efficient recruiting processes and data integrity.
