Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition in high-volume or complex environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR teams on workforce planning and strategy.
• Strong sourcing skills including direct search, headhunting, and pipelining.
• Proficient with recruitment data, KPIs, and market intelligence.
• Knowledge of compliance, GDPR, and right-to-work checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with growth and priorities.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and forecast demand.
• Build talent pipelines and communities for critical roles.
• Provide market insights on salary, availability, and competition.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-hire, cost per hire, and pipeline health.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support capability development.
