We are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Program Lead to join our team. This will be a fully remote role that must be located within the United States. The Talent Acquisition Program Lead will lead key TA programs that strengthen talent pipelines, improve candidate conversion, and support the organization’s evolving workforce needs.
The role will oversee the MSP partnership and contingent workforce program while also leading campus recruiting initiatives and developing relationships with academic programs to build early talent pipelines for critical roles. The role will also partner closely with Clinical Delivery to identify high-performing clinical students and convert them into future employees, helping the organization maximize its investment in training and developing emerging talent.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
