Job summary

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, staffing, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives through completion.

Responsibilities

  • MSP & Contingent Workforce Management: primary contact for MSP program; manage supplier relationships and ensure compliant processes.
  • Campus Engagement & Early Talent Pipelines: lead campus recruiting, coordinate events, build relationships with universities.
  • Clinical Student Conversion & Relationship Management: identify clinical students and advise on Letters of Intent post-graduation/licensure.
  • Program Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement: develop dashboards and analyze trends to drive decisions.
  • Talent Program Support: assist cross-functional talent programs (tuition-reimbursement, referrals, etc.).

We are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Program Lead to join our team. This will be a fully remote role that must be located within the United States. The Talent Acquisition Program Lead will lead key TA programs that strengthen talent pipelines, improve candidate conversion, and support the organization’s evolving workforce needs.

The role will oversee the MSP partnership and contingent workforce program while also leading campus recruiting initiatives and developing relationships with academic programs to build early talent pipelines for critical roles. The role will also partner closely with Clinical Delivery to identify high-performing clinical students and convert them into future employees, helping the organization maximize its investment in training and developing emerging talent.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
  • MSP & Contingent Workforce Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s MSP program. Partner with the MSP, staffing suppliers, hiring managers, Procurement, and HR to ensure a consistent and compliance contingent hiring process. Manage supplier relationships, oversee requisitions, monitor fill rates and performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of the MSP processes.
  • Campus Engagement & Early Talent Pipelines: Lead campus recruiting initiatives, including career fair coordination, information sessions, and other engagement opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, academic programs, and key program directors to establish early talent pipelines for critical roles. Drive conversion strategies and track recruiting outcomes.
  • Clinical Student Conversion & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for Clinical Delivery to identify clinical students completing rotations or training at company locations. Facilitate discussions with hiring managers to evaluate performance and recommend when a Letter of Intent or other employment opportunity should be extended post-graduation/licensure to improve conversion rates.
  • Program Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure performance across the MSP, campus recruiting, and clinical student conversion programs. Analyze trends, identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, and provide insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Talent Program Support: Support cross-functional talent programs such as tuition-reimbursement, employer branding, referrals, or other programs that support overall hiring practices within the Talent Acquisition team.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, staffing, vendor management, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience supporting or managing an MSP, contingent workforce, staffing agency, or vendor management program.
  • Experience with campus recruiting, university relations, early talent programs, or clinical student recruitment.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Experience building relationships with colleges, universities, academic programs, or clinical training programs.
  • Experience with Workday, VMS, or other recruiting/workforce technology.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
