Medrina is hiring a Talent Acquisition and Retention Lead for a remote-first, full-time role. You will develop recruitment strategies, manage ATS/HRIS, and implement retention initiatives to sustain a high-performing remote workforce. Collaboration with VP of HR and nationwide HR team is essential.

You will oversee candidate sourcing, onboarding programs, and continuous improvement of hiring processes while ensuring legal compliance and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, psychology, marketing, or related field or 10 years of recruitment experience with SHRM-PHR/CP.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle non-clinical recruitment across the organization.
• Develop and implement talent retention initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and interview criteria.
• Monitor retention metrics and report to VP of HR.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC and state laws.
