Job summary

Evalueserve, Inc. is seeking a strategic Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner with 8–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, including substantial tech recruitment and specialization in technology sales roles.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies for leadership positions and build robust talent pipelines. The role covers enterprise sales, data and AI, cloud platforms, and go-to-market hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with leadership hiring.
• Strong experience hiring senior sales and leadership talent, especially enterprise sales and go-to-market roles.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical recruiting experience in tech sales or GTM roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Power BI, automation and AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, technical, and technology-sales positions.
• Translate business objectives into talent acquisition strategies with senior leaders and managers.
• Conduct intake meetings to define role outcomes, candidate profiles, and interview plans.
• Provide talent-market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring timelines.
• Develop customized recruiting strategies for high-priority and confidential roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for leadership, technical, sales, and GTM hiring needs.
• Manage multiple searches with urgency, quality, and stakeholder communication.
