• Establishes credibility as trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition Partners
• Develops sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
• Conducts interviews and coordinates hiring processes
• Creates branded recruitment strategies with Marketing
• Tracks sourcing progress and provides talent reports
• Partners with hiring managers on current and future needs
• Performs new hire paperwork and onboarding support
• Represents Faith Technologies in community events
