You will drive the recruitment lifecycle for software engineers, data, cloud, and IT roles, partnering with engineering leaders and managers to forecast needs and build strong pipelines. You will proactively source top technical talent, manage candidates through a high-touch experience, and monitor hiring metrics to improve outcomes across a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical hiring
• Proven track record of hiring experienced technical professionals across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
• Strong ability to partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and talent strategy

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across North America
• Source, screen, interview, and hire software engineers, data professionals, and IT staff
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and workforce needs
• Develop high-quality pipelines and passive candidate networks
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and manage stakeholder relationships
