Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with stakeholders across the organization. You will source, screen, interview, and coach hiring teams to raise interview quality and hire top talent.

In this role, you’ll develop recruitment strategies, track metrics, and promote our employer brand. A flexible schedule and travel up to 10% are expected as we support growth across our markets.

Qualifications

• Four years of direct recruiting experience
• Two years of direct recruiting experience
• Travel: 5-10%

Responsibilities

• Establishes credibility and serves as a trusted advisor to other Talent Acquisition Partners. Provides expertise and guidance in job requirements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and sourcing strategies.
• Keeps a pulse on full-cycle recruitment best practices and provides recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
• Develops new recruiting methods to source candidates and communicate the benefits of joining Faith Technologies.
• Creates and develops a strong network of potential candidates via active market presence.
• Collaborates with Marketing to develop branded recruitment strategies and utilize social channels.
• Monitors progress of sourcing efforts and provides talent reports to the Talent leadership team.
• Acts as the link between management and staff regarding recruitment policies and procedures.
• Conducts recruitment for higher level positions including Project Managers, Supervisors, and Management roles.
• Coordinates and develops relationships with colleges related to office hiring needs.
• Performs searches using databases, networking, and referrals to fill positions.
